Preparation Method:
The synthesis of 1H-IMidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-6-carboxylic acid, Methyl ester is generally carried out through the following steps:
1. firstly, 3-amino -5-pyridine carbonyl chloride is reacted with propionyl formaldehyde to generate 3-amino -5-pyridine methanol;
2. Then, 3-amino -5-pyridine methanol is reacted with methyl aminopropionate to generate 1H-IMidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-6-carboxylic acid, Methyl ester.
